It's nothing to do with BTO or any other ISP, it's something with their server. I've got the same problems with Nildram, but a trace shows 35 ping and 0 packetloss.

Dont normaly mind some downtime, specificaly in the week - but the weekends specificaly sunday is my play day, been trying for the last 7 hours now and cant stay connected for more than 5 minutes, sorry but this takes the piss.

I can fully understand its a network problem and not under control of GOA, but surely any reputable company would not push all there internet feed through one pipe.
