Logging in problems

Everytime I try to load up daoc I get the first screen showing me my original CD key, I press ok and i get the following message:

Error Message (201)

Please wait a while and try connecting again.

If you still cannot connect, check your Internet parameters.


I'm not very technically minded, I just like to press buttons and things work, hence I havent checked my Internet parameters because I havent a clue where they are.

Could someone please help me.

I get it sometimes.. when I get it I just press "ok" and run daoc again. I'm like you.. I want the buttons to work when I click them, so I just keep clicking until it works
Sucks if it doesn't work at all though :/ Try to use rightnow if it keeps not working.

U got a firewall of some sort?

Plug in the internet cable, make sure that the patcher/client is allowed to access the internet (in relation to the firewall).

Finally got it working again, tried everything, uninstalling and reinstalling firewall the works, nothing helped.
I phoned the networks administrator at my work and he reccommended I restore to a previous date when everything worked a-ok.

Anyways everything is running somethly
