LocalTel / Screaming.net - Is it OK?

I am considering changing my ClaraNET Freetime account to LocalTel's Screaming.net for the free internet access.

My questions are:
1. Is the service OK now?
2. Are the pings in Q3, Q2 and UT usable?

Any Screaming.net users (or otherwise) out there I would really appreciate your views.

the Screaming.net/LocalTel service ha improved a lot and is fine for browsing or gaming.

I've noticed the ping time go down a lot and packetloss is less wherever I dial from or what moem I use.

Its a service that's worth trying out noe.
