When dialling into x-stream i get the message <BLOCKQUOTE><font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial">quote:</font><HR>THIS IS A BT ANNOUNCEMENT; the telephone network is busy at the moment, please try again later, you have not been charged for this call.<HR></BLOCKQUOTE> sometimes high beep, low beep, high beep, low beep (engaged tone?) In Kendal (I live 9 miles away from Kendal) this does not happen, I only get high beep, low beep thing. Is there something wrong with my local exchange? If so what do I do?
