Little help on an item please

After some months away, and transferring my chars over from EU (who are in very old templates), I've searched for a new cleric template and found one which should be do-able, but it has Blood War Hammer in it...and I can't find this item on any database, so I have no idea where to look for it. Can anybody help me out?

again from me a n00b question (1 year ago i left playing and might come back): ¿scales? now dragon drops are buyable? and how/where do you farm scales? are a pain in the ass to farm? necro+cleric can? thanks in advance

Scales can be farmed in either Dartmoor or Avalon City for ease with a Necro + bot
