Ya, quite a good site, I always used the copland site which is good too imho. But I found something on camelotherald which makes me wonder:

Minor Apotheosis

Heals the target.
Value: 119
(This figure is modified by your specialization in the skill and your primary casting stat.)
Target: Friendly Target
Range: 2000
Power cost: 17
Casting time: 2.2 seconds

This is a baseline healing spell. I have 20 regrowth (+6) and am wondering what the formula is for the added bonus? And a bit more info about the variation in the effective healing would be nice too. My spec line heal is ALWAYS 214, but my baseline heal varies between about 95 and 240....

With the coming respec possibility, I'm thinking of altering my regrowth, so would like to know more about it...

I dont know about in DOAC

but in the other MMORPG i played the developers would take a set of complicated veteran questinos about the dynamics of the games

this would cover the kinda thing u talk about man

does this happen ever?

I think your baseline heals are similar to my baselins nukes in that the damage i do (value you heal) varies less the more i have trained that specline.

For example with 59 (with items of course ) in void my void baseline nuke pretty much hits for exactly the same value every time. (even if it is crap )

Yes it happens most Fridays on the camelot herald site - known as the friday grab bag it often has Q&A but sometimes only announcements.
