There is a mod installed on the forums called LDM (Links & Downloads Manager) which in the past has been restricted to specific people who are able to post links and upload files.
This restriction has been removed allowing anyone to create links to other sites hosting files or to actually upload files to the server for all to use.
Any registered user is free to create links in the categories defined but are subject to moderation before being visible.
You will find the link in the navbar conveniently labelled "Links & Downloads".
Please note that most of the current links will not work until the downloads server is restored from a backup. Apologies.
