link to forgotton password?

If you want a new Subs password, go to Subscription then Account and click the 'lost password' link on the subs window. Put in your registered email address and an email will be automatically sent to you with a link to your new password in it. The link is time sensitive and will expire a couple of hours after you recieve it so make sure that you follow the link as soon as you recieve the email.
If you need a new Game password, then log into the account page and the bottom menu item is Game Password. Follow the instructions there to have a new game password sent to you automatically.

ive lost both subs and ingame so i supoose the subs pw would be the more usefull firstly. trouble is, thats how i remember getting it last time, but now on the Subscription -> Account lint a pop-up window appears with only 2 boxes "iblNickname" and "IblPassword" appear and a "IblValidate" button. thers no link to lost passwords to be seen
You'll need the subs passowrd first, then you can get the game password when you have that.
If the page isn't working for you, go to Macromedia and download and install the latest version (7.0) of Flash Player.
Also make sure your computer is refreshing the page properly and not just showing a cached one, clear your cache and do ctrl-f5 in IE to force refresh it.

installed flash, the pages seem to be working fine, though it does still say iblusername etc. just cant see a link for forgotton sub anywhere. isnt there an email address i rmember like subscriptions@goa.com or something like that i could use?
If you're seeing iblusername etc then the page isn't working properly for you.
You need to clear your cache and try it again, if you're still not having any luck, try it from a different machine and see if the page is working from there.
THere should be pale grey writing just below the fields for username and password saying 'lost password'.
We do not keep a record of your subs password anymore so emailing the subcription(at)goa.com address won't help.

doh. another crappy problem i was hoping wouldnt happen. cant access btinternet's old account. they all changed to yahoo and now i cant access anything being sent to the old bt account. yahoo doesnt seem to wanna get anything from the bt account, tried the old pop address in outlook too. how can i change my email address without my subs? nerf
Ok if you can't access your registered email address then you will need to email the subscription(at)goa.com address.
Give them all the info - all your registered details and your new email address and they will be able to change it for you. When they've done that you can then request a new subs password as I explained above.

If you want to send an e-mail i find that this e-mail is best noreply@goa.com
despite the name i use that one and they do reply quite quickly just include as many deatails that you can remeber and they should be able to get your pass to you

the talk21 (BT) are now part of yahoo but if you put in your full old email address in the yahoo username ie randombob@talk21.com then your PW you can get in.
