I restarted my PC today as its been pretty crappy recently installed DAOC was working fine then i get to meso on my mincer and it crashed every 5 mins or so i changed zone and it was ok went bk to Meso ld again

then i tried SOM encounter had 2 accounts up my necro and my merc which is on my mincers account and he LD after 5 min being online could there be a problem with the account or something?

Were the both accounts played from same computer?
Were the both accounts played from same folder?

if the folder is different, do /fullcheck to repair possibly damaged files
if it is the computer, check if the faulty one has nVidia chipset and nVidia NIC is in use - if it is, you need to turn off Hardware Checksuming (press [start]+[break], hardware, device manager, Network adapters, select yours used one, properties, advanced, hw checksumming, and turn it off)

How can checksumming make influence on connection stability ? His daoc doesn't crash,he just gets lds. Or not?

Its fixed now ive got a shit 3com Nic looked on freddyhouse saw i had to turn something off thx for ur help
