Any ideas how the encounter works and if the drops table is any good ?

i know its not in DF, but when farming in Brimstone Caverns (alb), every 15-20 mobs you kill, the mob will say "<insert random insult> Lilith the Demon Queen <Insert threat to your life>" and have a little special effect as it dies.

Ive killed thousands and never seen anything other than this, no idea if its liked to a spawn of some kind.

I'd guess from those patch notes that it's either not added until 1.81, or doesn't trigger correctly until 1.81.

Well it depends on how much mythology you know.
She is named in meny different versions but to sum it up, Lilith is the name of Adams first wife, who refused to obey him and gods rule, she left heaven and instead married the Devil
