i did not know you could put lifedrain on your armor, or even do it with alchemy,

anyways it works like this, if someone hits you, and the ablative sets off, it hits them back and steal an x amount of hps that is transferred to your health..

I had an hauberk with lifedrain, it rocked..

No, the lifedrain isn't a reactive, it's a charge.
To get it to work put the bit of armour you got it put on on your qb and click it whilst pressin your use key (default e i think).

yeah it is charged but if i set it off will it stay active till that armour is hit ie if on gloves and i set it off and gloves not hit in fight do i loose the charge. Or will it stay active till someone hits my gloves.

thx again

You set it of during the fight, with an enemy targeted use the charge and it will cast the lifedrain on him then.

xcellent thx m8,

so if i have it on gloves and sleeves lol it does not matter what item is hit,

its just a drain on the next hit he does to me so i wasted it being put on 2 peices of armour ;-(

No, it's not to do with him hitting you. Think of it as you casting a spell when you use it. You use the charge and it fires then and there casting a lifedrain spell on your target which damages him a bit and drains some of that damage back to you in a heal.

Oh and you can put 10 charges on a crafted piece I think, depends on the quality.

Charges on armour, little bit pointless, put charges on things like spare shields/bows if you are a tank.

I hear it does approx 80-95 dmg.

100% qua items can hold 10 charges
99% can hold 7
98% can hold 6

At least iirc :D

Pretty much a waste.

Save charges for MP cloth items and get reactives.
