ok the old route used to be...

1-5 mag mell area
5-10 down towards ta na mbeo
11-15 muire tomb
16-20 connacht, fishing bears, bantum spectres etc
21-24 Spraggon den (down near howth)
25-30 Silver mine mountain (walking rocks) or cliffs of mohar (head out of TNN north gate and go west)
31-35 Treibh Caillte (dungeon in Lough Gur)
36-40 You may be able to get away with the top floors of coruscating mines, then work your way down
41-45 lower floors of coruscating mines
46-50 cursed forest/sheeroe hills/bog of cullen

though ofc some mobs changed a year or so back with a patch. also SI is nice at higher levels as a vamp.

the connla area is great for late 28-32 now, especially for a vamp, all yellow to orange for lvl 30's and all clustered together too.

Vamps are good solo in task dungeons. slightly lower xp per mob than outside but the bonus for finishing quest more than compensates - also the cash is nice.
warning - it gets very dull after about 50 td's

Task dungeons dont work on pvp servers

Using task dungeons on vamp at moment around level 36, it's ok till you get heavy thrust resist mobs then it's a real ball ache.
But I hate pve at best of times, giv PL
