This ended up as my final template because i just couldnt be arsed getting MT3 :mad:
Caps everything nicely and i like it. The SC can be done much better and the legs are only 99 quality so if you feel like playing around with some other items then theres enough room to do it.

Might be some hard items to get but I wanted:
-Heal proc armor
-High str cap
-High hit cap
-"Good" resists
-Stealth + Slash capped

because mincers lost AP, then some heal procs might help a bit out when soloing, str cap for WS and dmg, hit cap because IP is ghey now, skills capped for WS aswell :)

Following hours of discussions with people ingame and VNboard (I know I'm sad) I think I have decided on afew rules for mincer templates.

1) there are set of artis all mincers must have:
GoV(best chest piece by far even heal proccers cannot compete, sidi comes close, but still not as useful, the proc rates are just too small)

Winged Helm (its charge makes you PA immune and negates tanks better weapon style damage)

Croc Tear Ring (the 5% absorb is just too cool, plus the stats are nice lots of resists that don't overcap)

SoM (I win button really if your opponent doesn't have the charge up), Mads (Great ToA bonuses, and very useful charge)

Pheobus harp (this enables you to carry second weapon)

Battler (as a secondary weapon for its charge ,apart from the charge its pretty average)

Malice (if you are going to use a Arti weapon it should be this, just don't factor in its hp or con stat)

2) Ignore Qui at all cost the UV is better spent elsewhere.

3) For your rvr template drop Instruments unlessyou plan on using pets a lot, in pve you can always swap items to charm.

4) If you are slash spec don't bother overcapping dex, most mincer spells are not effected by dex and those who are well they cast fast enough when buffed fully.

5) you can only afford to overcap in 2 maybe 3 stats, for me I worked out 95 in str and con and 240 in hp, charisma remains 75, qui and dex are 30.

6) If you have to lower your resists lower spirit, matter and energy as you'll find that you'll be hit less with these types of dmg and you'll have resists buffs for them up most of the time as they come from clerics. No resist should be below 15 and no important one below 20 if you don't have this just throw away the template.

7)tweak your template to your particular role in rvr, if you duo with someone who uses legendaries alot, put the same legendaries on your template. If you want to take damage get the necessary resists, hp and charges. If you want to do damage get high ToA dmg bonues, and Weapon skill stats like str, even if it means lowering other things.

8) Most importantly make your own template as only you will know what you want from it!

It's 1 minute every 15 mins.. Hardly PA immune..

Phoebus Harp.. Afaik you dont lose the harp when you die, so you could simply keep it equipped for 15 mins before you go rvr.. Summon harp and switch with SI neckie for better resist.. or some other nice necklace..

And if you have enough money, make several templates..

VN Boards suxx, so meny clueless ppl on thoes boards...

If u solo, heal proc is by far better imo, grp wise ofc GoV

:clap: woot ! that makes sence... ~10 dmg on dd's ain't worth 11 skill pts on SC

someday Hib and Mid stealthers might learn that spirit/matter weaps is on a good resists table because a lot of ppl don't bother capping em, Energy is another thing... no meny ppl cba to use Sun Weaps etc

:eek6: hmm yes lower str with 20 or something and get 3% more dmg....zzZzZZ clueless
3% dmg on 200 dmg = 6 dmg
20 str would give u higher WS and more dmg aswell, more WS = less defence on the enemy...
and more evade from an enemy = better reactionary styles from him aswell
