dinged BoM lvl 10 and tbh the utility is shit seeing as im already capped cast speed the summoned staff is of little use to me except PvE farming...

Anyone name a good Template worthy caster belt? and the mob that drops would be nice.. and im not considering Malamis drops..

I ended up using the Dex version of the Ogre's Might quest belt simply because the two 10% resists happened to fit my template.

belt of exilihration(sp?) 99% qual drops from the lions (HE encounter and the wandering lion for ml4 ) its comes in a +2 and a +3 all magic skills edition dunno if its hard to get, only killed HE mob twice with 1 belt drop
