I have neckie.........on 1 of my chars..........i think.

I tried to farm for neckie, its a pain in the ass. Killed Des about 10 times without her dropping a single thing, not even any rog. In the end changed template and managed to make a +25 dex cap one
I guess the neckie is quite rare and I therefore V expensive
