My copy should be arriving around Tuesday/Wednesday (hopefully) and a few friends of mine have already had there's delivered and started to play.
One thing they say they have noticed is how bad the XP is when you group up compared to solo. I know that it is probably best to solo to level 5 - 10 ish and then group, but they say that when they have asked some higher level players, the general consensus is that you should only group with people withing 1, maybe 2 levels of yourself!!!!
Anyone know if this is true??
If I can ONLY group within 1 - 2 levels, I definatly wont be subscribing, the chances of staying within 2 levels of your friends throughout the whole game is virtually non existant. At least in Daoc you could be within about 5 levels for good XP, and about 10 Max if the group was prepared to suffer a little XP penalty (Yes, I know this wouldn't make an 'UBER' XP group, but I mainly play with a good group of friend for fun, rather than take part in the 'race to 50').
Anyone know how severe the XP/Group level penalties are and if this is true.
Thanks
