are they they old stats? i only ask as the list of rr10 for hib isnt 4 people and i think it is ..but not 100%

The xml has only the stats of the characters that were logged on since the patch.
Goa won't base a decision like that on the sample of 2 days, but it's looking promising.

haven't seen the 4th rr10 hib in a long while(Ozriqe or something).

The population diference of Albion and Hibernia of a litle bit over 2.600 players may justify a /level 30 for Hibernia but, the diference between Hibernia and Midgard of a litle bit over 1.150 players probably doesn't, and the diference between Midgard and Albion of about 1.480 players doesn't justify Midgard getting it either.
With these statitics which i agree is to early to consider final, but i believe are about right, its more of a question of how will they bring Albion down to the levels of the other realms then how to bring Hibernia up to the others.
