is there any nice armour crafter with time on there hands that could maybe craft me a full suit of level 24 (99%+) chainmail.

I usually take lowbie orders if I'm not busy. PM me in game and I'll see what I can do.
Note that I won't drop everything to rush and make your low-level kit, but I'll get it done as soon as I've finished whatever it is I'm up to at the time.
