GOA is a subsiduary of Wanadoo as you are probably aware.
Wanadoo is a subsiduary of France Telecom.
Opentransit IS France Telecom's business/wholesale/corporate internet connections section.
So, therefore we can safely say that GOA are not going to change the company they are using as it is part of the same organistion.
We can also say that we expect them to use the direct connections they have with the parent company to resolve the issues all of us are having as a matter of priority. In addition we should expect a regular update at least giving us some information as to what is being done and the outcome of any actions, even if the news isnt good. An informed customer base is a much easier to satisfy customer base in my opinion.
So as you are probably gonna want to let him know about whats is happening and maybe ask for some assistance in resolving these problems. the name of the Chairman and CEO of France Telecom is Thierry Breton. France Telecom's press office info can be found here![]()
