anyone found a way to brighten up the display - mine runs so dark I can't see where I'm going sometimes... the only way I found is to change the Gamma on my normal display to brighten the game up but this then makes normal web browsing hard because everything is so light in colour. I guess there must be some in game video settings but I can't see them on the User settings tabs.

Any advice appreciated.

What video card are you using? I know that Nvidia got a taskbar icon with some graphic settings you can mess around with. I've never done it myself, as gamma in games work perfectly here.

How are your directx and graphic drivers looking? Is it only in Warhammer you have this problem?

There is a program that lets you create different gamma profiles, with the option to hotkey as well. I can't for the life of me remember the name though.
Have you tried looking in your graphics card menu?

Thx for the responses.

Geforce 8800 is my graphics card and I checked all the drivers are up to date.

Lotro was also a little dark but a couple of % tweaks on gamma setting in control panel worked fine - but to get warhammer light enough to be able takes about +65% gamma which then makes web browsing very washed out of colour.
