I'm not a fan of adding. The most annoying ones are when you're fighting some lad and when he's on 8% hps som stealther pops up and sprints toward him in combat mode just to get a snip at him. So... frickin... lame :/

You're not forced to dislike it, but on the contrary you're not forced to like it either.

TBH I don't see what the fuss is about. You'll rarely get 1v1s because everyone just sees another RP. BG1 is something to get through ASAP IMHO, unless you are a BG addict

I'm not condoning adding on 1v1s, but anyone with common sense can see why they happen - especially if you're an Alb in BG1 - groups can sometimes be difficult to get there for some reason.

Was there last night with my little Theurg, got rezzed and running back to ck when a stealthed enemy cheered at me, and let me live since I wasn't worth any RP's anyway.

First time I encountered a gentleman/woman in bg in a long while.

But indeed, bg1 isn't fun anymore, hardly any Albs online to get a group, or too many albs and then zergs and camping at enemy keeps.

I can certainly understand the anger when you're having a 1 v 1 scrap in the BG's. I had an inf in there and on many occasions i was fighting 1v1 only for another stealther to come along and add.

Also been in the situation of a 1 v 2 , and was thankful of the add.

ALSO, in the situation of 1 vs 1/2 and a FG of albs seemingly 1 shot the person i was fighting.

again, 1 v 1 and a scout shoots the enemy im fighting - completely confusing me for a few seconds before realising.

My point?

Shit happens. It's the game. People aren't gonna change. I just got used to it.

I guess whining about being "pwned by a fg luri shades" to those on the porter sounds much better than "I just got killed by a solo infili, then another 3 popped after i was already dead, but they are still zerging hibs...honest...."

For you whining about the "Dont engage my combats jerk" part, here's the story.

I had 3 hibs on me, and i soloed 2 of them. Was just about to kill the third and this guy comes in, kills the third one and lets me die by stealth adds without helping. Plus he had added many times before.

And i never add without asking first.

I like the challenge, cant argue with that. But 7 stealthers on 1 solo is just silly

EDIT: There were 1fg luris camping MPK actually. Just wanted my fellow casters to know that as a warning. I had no idea another fg stealthers would turn up at mb.

Anyway this thread could go on and on. Gonna leave it at that.

maybe he is a saint irl and is learning to be a pope in Rome, then it would be good for adding in the fight to help you out.
