Has a new version been released yet that supports the +ALL skill types yet?

No. And I don't think you have to expect those gems to ever make it into the spellcrafting list.. It's probably something that will only be available from TG and the dragondrops. :/

thats what i mean, will it support it so you can put dropped armour/weps into it with the +ALL skill types
