Many thx to all for a v.intensive nite.
Special thx to all those who helped making possible the late nite legionraid which unluckily got chained with the alb attack at dagda, all was rolling v.well but ended up in a total madness when relics got involved.
Grats to albs for their best relic raid (imho)
Was a big mess but decided to go defend dagda before the loot sharing (with the support of gl on cg), many ppl flamed but we might have lost all our relics instead of just 1. I just tried (and prolly got) to make the fairest decission any moment in a v.special situation :/

As it was said, legion loot sharing started once we got dagda saved, (mids and albs attacked again after) was a v.long nite and due to many ppl logging before the share there are still 6 drops and almost 500seals to b shared tomorrow evening.

Just from my perspective

First I knew about a relic attempt was AFTER we had killed legion and were on princes. I think this was true of a lot of people.

A lot of people suicided/left DF and went to DC/DL (with hindsight we should have all gone to DL/amg as by the time I got there after having been to DC and waited with the rest the relic had passed through).

Lofff would have had a hard enough job anyway splitting loot (the loot holder usually does) without having to cope with a call to arms to all hibbies at the same time.

Only PM i sent to Lofff was ' I presume you will sort this out after all this'

At least Lofff is now waiting till tonight to carry on so it gives people a chance to try for some loot at a reasonable hour.

And for the record, the announcement over /as in the CF alliance that Albs were attacking Dagda came at least 10 mins before the relic went neutral. When the relic went neutral there were still 42 ppl in DF lvl 44-50. I wonder how many were sitting in mBeo waiting for their precious little light saber.

Which part didnt you understand?

Legion was long dead before we knew of a relic raid, we killed Legion, then CBH asks for assistance at Excal and I think most people were up for it so we started moving out / suiciding, after killing a few high lords .. THEN we heard Dagda was under attack and I waited until Lofff suicided and then did so myself, some talking if we should share the loot after or before Dagda ensued, and we decided in less than ~2 mins everyone should go defend and the loot will be shared after Dagda is safe, and that's what happened.

Well for me it was the first Legion raid I got to participate in, and it was a lot of fun

Being a member of a small guild which is not part of the large alliances, the first I knew of the relic raid was after releasing to mBeo. At that point the majority of peeps in mBeo grabbed a horse and headed to Dadga.

On another note, any of the large Alliances have space for a small quild?

If the CF alliance was this late too, it's no surprise we were all too late to stop the Albs... it was bad luck that both big alliances were busy outside our own frontier at the same time that Albs made their best organised relic attempt.

BTW have to say we did achieve something.... Albs' plan was to take the other relics as soon as they returned their own... at least Hibs made sure that failed.

Who cares which alliance did what, stop trying to blame each other, if you keep this up Hib will never be the realm it should be, I mean who needs Invaders when we got 2 big alliances fighting all the time. Either work together or make the alliance in Hib involve ALL guilds. Start working together by sorting out taking the relic back, and theirs for starters, with both alliances working together this should not be hard.



P.S. I was not online when this happened else I would have been at Dagda.

1st off I was leading 4FG in DF taking Lords etc,, as soon as we heard Dagda was under attack we did a quick loot split (talkin 2min max while at an exit) then all legged it to DL/DC to help.

What pisses me off is that I msg a group who im told has space w/ a bard to be ignored..

Luckily I ended up at DL to join Nicky and co attempting to stop the albs there.

I logged on right before the relic raid..

I heard of a supposed legion raid going on and was also asked if CF would join the relic raid in alb..
First notice of albs at door of dagda came then. afaik legion was dead and /as was buzzing with whether it was confirmed or not..
I was at ardagh at the time so I rushed on a horse to ardee.. saw a few folks from legionhunt sitten in tnm for lootsharing which I later saw again at druim cain..
By then they were on 3rd door. imo only way we COULD have possibly saved relic would have been with a mass suicide by EVERYONE across the realm and zerging them in a major way because the alb force simply outnumberred us and had the tactical advantage of having highly organised groups..

Stop blaming people for something they could do nothing about. Only thing some might be blamed of is lack of willingness to lose exp to see albs SoSing past them at amg (if they were even lucky enough to get there in time)
Timing saved albs.. They were spotted too late with a too big an organised force.. GG albs..

Looks like we lost a relic for some few legion drops ...

So what ? It's not that ne1 could be surprised by that.

If relic-defending wouldn't be such a good chance to get tons of rp we sure would have lost the relic a lot sooner.
And the decision between the chance to get an uberdrop and to farm just another 10K rp is easy for most of our realms members.

Hopefully those ppl that got some new items are eager to test them on relicguards

Why don't we try to get all str-relics for a change ... we had the powerrelics for a long time .. every1 may now have his caster at 50.
Help the melee classes.

just look at the upside from it. When alb lost the mid st relic a few weeks ago it was a major wake up call. Our defense was non existent...we got complacent (not implying ibs are btw)

Nowdays albs seem to be a changed realm, we are defending our frontier with vigour and have been working together in many respects since then, whether it be legion raids or relic raids. In past this was also true of hibs, but recently imho hibs have eased off a bit

perhaps im wrong, perhaps there is nothing wrong with hib and it was just a combination of factors that led to dagda raid being a success....wouldnt be the first time a raid has needed a little luck to achieve its goals

Good luck hibs, sure u will be smashing down doors and nuking the crap out of emain in no time.

Good tip for legion our hibbiosios

we have about 10 guilds that will do regular legion killing....nothing new

but we have done it 5 times now, and we dont even talk about drops same day......

when items r dropped, they r given to certain peeps, and loot split will be made next day when its not a hurry, with small 1fgp in small place killing some mobs, we have our funny lotto system , what u have heard, and the items r just lottoed to diff guilds what have taken part of it, and no asking does that guild need it or not, dont care, items can be traded, we have done it 5 times, and no1 moans, and all r happy, becuase its fun to kill the ugly dude on platform anyway =)


and we do that because we learned something from 1st trip, and u didnt u quess, the items dont disappear no where..

P.S. ty for gicing our relic back, will come some other day for 2nd 1 =)
