Legendary Weapon quality %

Does the quality of Legendary weapons make any difference >? heard people saying it makes no difference, if this is the case why are they all different prices all over the cm's

Qual DOES make a difference (has been tested on us boards more then enough). Problem is: you have a certain variance on your hits anyway, so telling the difference e.g. between a 97% and a 98% qual weapon will be close to impossible.

Note: qual on legendary weapons is not very important imho. What makes qual important on normal crafted weapons is rather the number of imbue points more then the actual increase in damge (I doubt you will ever notice the diff between 99 and 100 qual just by the damage). But legendary weapons all come equipped with the same stats...
