So at work the situation is this;

You need a paper from the doc if you're more then 2 days sick.

UNLESS

There's been several sickdays in certain department, the boss has to ask for a paper on even 1 day sicks of that department.

Isn't this a case of discrimination, where the workers aren't treated equally?

That's the point, the one day sicklpaper rule only applies to certain people.

That's what i meant, shouldn't it be same rules, all round, no matter what.
