[HELP] Legacy of the Drakecaller.

Well got this quest to kill 6 Uthorin Decimators, done that, then blow the horn of the drakecaller near the monument, well i'm up where the marker tells me un a platue above first order camp in Dragonwake. But nothing happens. Anyone know if the quest marker is on the right spot?
