As a CS sb.. will increasing ur LA skills and having LA in template increase ur dmg using CS styles?

If I'm not wrong LA skill increases your overall dmg when wielding 2 weapons. as LA user you swing always with both hands, but both hands dmg is "gimped", increasing your LA skill it will "unnerf" your dmg, that's why infils and ns can score higher hits.

But Crit styles are more damaging than LA, you should find a balance.

Yea, something like that, when putting left axe in (duh!) left hand you reduce basedmg to 62.5% (on both hands) and then each +1 skill adds the .35ish %

I know the mechanics between Shadowblade/Nightshade are different ...

But ive run with 44 cs +17/18 for ages and 51 composite offhand .

I find using CS Styles that 50cs and 45ish composite offhand does better damage overall ... as you only lose the slightist chance to hit with offhand in favour of a much better boost in mainhand damage/damage cap

Offhand skill damage gains don't cap at 50 nor 51 afaik. That's why light tanks spec high CD/DW/LA and cap the bonus for it.
