Leaving game as off now!

Today i finally discoverd that, i don't enjoy the game anymore. Constant zergs, being mezzed and stunned to hell, this is no good game, its just alot of shit!

Only thing ill miss is the friends i gained during my time in the game and the lads from the 30. I know much people didn't know me and some of them maybe liked me and others hated me, but when i got this game i wanted to be able to make a char and do well in rvr, i wasn't able to achieve in this game what i was able to do in UO. This game its mostly about lvl and char, there is very little skill involved, so unless u dont have a lvl 50 char thats good in rvr your fucked.

Ill leave my account running a bit, maybe come back in a few days to say bye officially to some of my friends, but as far as im concerned ill not be able to play a paladin again or wait for ages so i can try get a grp or people to xp.

Tagg i understand,i got matt to 50 then realised every dam cunting mid/hib went for him either a gimp sb,or he was mezzed then dead.But then again with this aoe stun shit it makes fighting pathetic,1 fg of mids could kill 2 fgs of albs with it.

Now i am on my second 50 nearly, this char does better but still gets similar lame shit,mainly from mids aoe stun crap.

Don't go,stay and come kick ass with bargain when hes 50

I rarely post here on BW, tend to just watch from the background at all the amusing flames and such like. But I can't sit back and watch you leave over some bad rvr episodes.

Jesus chris, sometimes I fail to undestand people. This game has the best PvP to date imho, beats UO that is for sure.
Then again UO is a more RP oriented game and more social but hey this game is action, action and more action.

Yeah me 2 Tag, you are a fun guy to have in a group. I had same thoughts a few months ago, and speaking as one of the Nerfed to crap characters i really empathise.

However, you should hang in for the patch, i have a fealing that Paladins will be very much on the Up.... New armour tables, changes to mez, hasteners to get u round the realms.

As for exping, imho getting a group has been screwed since DF arrived. No one wants to exp anywhere else.... I know plenty of people have this issue. Maybe we should start a cross realm XP Groups thread..

dont leave Tag, with all these realm abilities i think its getting better because now at least we have a way to get rid of any mez or stun on us then 100% heal our selves etc.. i think the same being an armsman, i always get stuned and miss the action but sometimes if you resist or dont get in the AoE its good fun hacking the shit out of everyone. i disagree about the skill though, sometimes you need to know when to do one thing and when to do another.

Taggart mate, you old sod, can honestly say it has been a great pleasure having you about in the old days. Really will be shocked if you do go forever. Took a month break from the game and can honestly say it truly does bring back the love for the game.

All the old times when we were wee scamps running about Salisbury Plains for the first times, such good memories!

Hope you dont delete, and maybe try a long rest from the game like i did, and perhaps by then albion might have got its act together?

Must say best of luck with the future mate whatever your decision, will be soarly missed by many.

i understand 3weeks ago i thought this rvr is totally pants and a waste of time doing zergs constantly or going off in a small group and surviving less than 2encounters.

First: I will come back (I hope) around december...
Second: I never refused to rez someone ever, unless I was too far away (like people asking me to rez someone in Lyonesse while I was in Emain..) or when I didnt get a msgs from that person since I dont see the people that need a rez and are behind a hill.

Hi lads, i stayed away from game for a day, then i told my pal what happend, so he has been kind enough to let me borrow his lvl 50 mana enchanter, which has been AMAZING!!
I made 40k rp's in one night and me and a guild grp camped the silo at amg and killed 20-30 stupid albs lol. couldn't see inside the silo for all the dead albs about

Oh and before ya say anything, im in Excal not pryd hehe.

Enjoying the game for a change, luri chanters OwNz!! Beats using that paladin which is a sad excuse for a character. Killed tons of the poor bastards last night :>

So, i may just stay here for a while, don't think worth coming back to alb pryd, not when ive seen how good life is on hib excal with a nice lvl 50 char.
