Lease a Ventrilo Server

Me and my friend have startet some servers up to host Ventrilo that you can use eq. in RvR and ML hunts.

The prices is baced on how many users you'll have using it.

50 users: 280 USD
100 users: 525 USD

ofc you can bargain... it's a starting point and give an offer then we'll look at it and say if we find it reasonably.

You can lease servers that can host 150 and 200 users if you would like 1 of these then give a price and we'll look into it.
It's the same if you want to lease the server for a whole week or month.

The servers is running on a 1000Mbit Fiber.

The price is for a server from friday 5.30pm to monday 10.00am.

I doubt any guild/raiding party have 50 people using voice-comms.
5-20 is probably the range the average host is looking at. Maybe if you offered a package for 20 users, you'd find more interest... but online communities in general aren't ready for mass voice-comms usage yet, imo. It's alot easier for someone with broadband to host a small server, than paying for one.

Having a static VC server would be a nice thing for a guild to boast about though

When ppl talk in each others mouth
Why would anyone pay for this anyways? All you need is a comp with internet connection or smth
Ripoff prices too tbh... 280USD for a weekend...

I played Lineage 2 (I know, 'twas foolish) for a while in a large alliance, most of who used Vent comms... we'd have 40+ users on in peak times.

So long as you can have seperate channels for each group thats out and a main chat channel you'll be fine with loadsa users

Like I wrote you can bargain bout the price and we're working on getting a 25 user server deal running... wount promise anything though...

We're allready hosting Vent servers at these prices through Linage 2 and they actually uses up to 150 user servers with no probs...

Fair play to you for giving it a go like. Bit pricey, and tbh most people either host it on their own broadband connection which is on 24/7 or on a works computer which has access to a nice fat pipe.

Alternitivly get a middle aged mate who runs his own company to host it on his server for ur guild :worthy:

Always on 50 man server for 6 quid a month if you take for 12 months, or 10 if you just want a rolling contract.

Can go down to as little as 3 quid for a 20 man server.

To be honest, although you registered here months ago, there are only 2 posts ever made and they are to advertise your service. If you were a regular user then we'd probably turn a blind eye, but we hold a dim view of people using their FH accounts and these boards to pimp their services (not that it seems you are going to drum up much business with those prices anyway )
