ive been having some internet troubles :< every now and again i start getting massive latency (perma red 2nd square on the little lagomiter thing) for seemingly no reason at all. At the same time explorer runs realy slowly and download speed drops off too. Its very frustrating! After a while it goes back to the speed it should be and sometimes stays good for a while or some times goes mental again fairly soon.
Im connected through a router an a 2mb adsl connection with 3 other peeps. We had problems from the outset, origonaly we thought it was to do with the service provider but there dosnt seem to be the case after some tests and info from plusnet (who were very fast to reply). so now we think it might be a router problem.
Im more familiar with the lands or narnia than i am with networking so i was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem/might know a way to sort it out/can offer any advise at all.
