Oh well my body clock is entirely fucked up. For the last 2 weeks I've been working for GMTV on their early morning live txs, getting up at 0430 and finishing at 0800 or so. Last night I didn't sleep at all, did the job, got home at 0930 and went to sleep. I got up at 1700, now I've got another job to do tomorrow, I don't think I'll be sleeping tonight :/
