About the only programme BBC3 can legitimately brag about is back, and about time too!

If anyone missed the first series they take 6 men around the world to remote areas of the world to compete in traditional sports and fights. The contestants live and work with the communities and train at their traditional sports with a view to competing in a major competition at the end of their training. It's an enjoyable look into some traditional cultures and is remarkably sensible and sensitive in its approach. While being on BBC3, it should really be on BBC2 such is its quality.

Unfortantely this series is no longer narrated by the Hamster, the voicing duties this time going to Ralf Little (who let's face it, isn't very interesting). We're 2 episodes down in the current series, the first episode saw them travel to Ethiopa to compete in stick fighting and the second saw them go to Burkina Faso to take part in their traditional standing-up style wrestling. Next week will see them try to compete in a high-altitude race in Peru across mountainous regions.

Anyway, if you haven't seen it I wholeheartedly recommend it.
