a) Saying all get boats and meet at X,Y for RvR = ban
b) Saying all get boats and just go anywhere would probably be ok...

Saying everyone should make an effort for a mass RvR session on the last day is no different from saying all should go RvR on boats. You're not organising RP farming, not organising duels, not giving away locations, just suggesting that sailing is fun

If that's against the CoC then having the informal agreement that most of us do for Insta-RvR or 'Monday Night Guild Fight Night' is also a banable offence and we should all have been banned a long time ago
