I have a Celt Hero and thinking about going two handed, but some of the higher styles doesnt seem that good. Like "Shatter" the lvl 39 style require target blocked! How in gods name do I block while holding a two handed sword?

The lvl50 style is reason enough to spec LW imo. Some high lvl styles are not that useful in many situations no but find a specline where all styles are.......

True, but most spec-lines follow a pattern. But I cant see how you ever could block while wieldning a 2h weapon. Two handed, hmmm let me see, one-two, aha no shield present.

For styles, peirce is a pretty complete spec line as is critical strike, blades leaves a lot of weak areas, dunno about blunt really. celtic dual is a joke of a spec line style wise.

Lol silly peeps, read discriptions better :)

The 39 style Shatter is used after your target blocks - not u block

The 29 style Ultimate Recovery is used after your target parries ;)

Shatter and Ultimate recovery are actually useful :D

Shatter for shield users ofc

and Ultimate recovery is ur Stun move if u cant get behind in a 1v1 fight.

Once u land Shatter or Ultimate recovery u can back them with each other and with the defense bonus u recieve from each move u shud be able to keep chaining them for a few hits :D. Read closer next time :D

the only problem with ultimate recovery and shater being of course that when you use the styles you're just as likely to be blocked or parried again  nice styles when they land tho.

UR -> Devastate being the best chain by far in LW.

Oh my, I feel pretty stupid, must be my hangover.....silly me. Ofcourse target blocks (have played albion slash/shield too long), sighs.
Though I miss a standard attack, frontal attack seems like the last one.
Thank you for making me open my eyes and read again, sorry for being slow (damn booze)

Frontal assault chew up end like no tomorrow, use the taunt as your anytime if you need to conserve end.

the increase in end cost for frontal assualt compared to the marginal damage increase over celtic fury (the taunt) makes it pretty pointless to use. only use is (since they've fixed it now) to snare an enemy tho generally speaking an enemy whom you need to snare is tricky to get in the frontal arc of
