Lanuage Question

If i was to make a character on a server with a different lanuage is there any way i can set the lanuage to English? instead of German or Italian heard some ppl talk about changing the lanuage stops you from climbin walls unless im totally wrong but if u can how do you do it

There is a way to change your client language that has been posted many many times on these boards however you can not change the language of server commands so things like guild commands, reply, etc will be native to the language of the server.

thought it would make everything that was german into english but it only makes interface and login screen english
