got one to day from some of the money i sold my holocron for, a little christmas gift from me, to me
how do i repair it, and does it need some kind of fuel?

Well u repair it in the "garage", it is a building in every city that has 2 "force field" gates.. it will say "you have enterd the proximitys of a garage" or something like that when u come close, and then u can use the Radial menu to repair it.

and no, it doesnt need any kind of fuel. the way i look at it, is that the red bar is the fule, and when i repair my bike, i re-fule it

lol, got a ... MSE-6 droid, and it says programs.
but when i try give it orders a "?" appear over its little matall head.
so basicaly it just stand there making tiny weird noices.
and what is recharge? what do i recharge it whit?

mouse droids are absolutely no use for anything however if u want to recharge it u need to purchase a droid battery of an artisan. Have it inventory , select droid and use radial menu and select recharge.
The ? marks over its head means its awaiting u to assign commands to its function, again select the commands from the radial and hit a key , this will assign that command to the key.
