Lan game using winXP

Has anyone got T2 Lan game to work on a Lan with winXP PC's ?

I can ping the other PC and I can see shares using My Network Places but when I create a server the other PC can't see the server.

I have, I run an XP server at our LAN's. Have you all got the same version? Firewalls?
