hello guys i am doing this post to remind goa that why level 36-39 have to be green to 50 ? as they are purp for them it's just unfair

let me givf u an example

1) i was pulling yellow con mob and blue con with focus (im chanter btw) after like 10 sec a guy named galerra of fear came (purp chanter for me) he stunned me heat debuff then nuked = wtf pwned this was still happenning while i was pulling the 2 mobs i mean that's jsut plain lame then i contact somone from his guild they just said well ye df is pk zone i mean wtf ??? what do u guys think of this ?

Don't xp in Darkness Falls you can expect this kind of things if you do so. I got even killed by purp cons (no con loss so I conned grey to them) there cause it's "PK zone". They don't like people xp'ing there so just go xp somewhere else.

the color codes differ for each level, therefore if you see someone as red, he sees you as blue, purps may see you as both green and grey... oranges will see you as yellow.... this is just basic, but works by far the most cases

Im in Galerras guild and officer in. We avoid expkilling and greykilling and chaining. If I read youre post right that was nothing of those 3 so.....

Do you go Emain at 36 on regular server and expect to get left alone?

Adapt PvP thinking, pure exping must take place on other places or you will get ganked. Simple as that...Go sit on AMG in Emain on a RvR server and you will live how long?

Not trying to be rude here just trying to explain that you have to think totally different on this kinda server where there are no safe spots but the capitals.

I can agree that being green at 36 is not really fun, but on the other hand, that chanter of yours is not on 0 RP I guess? You only bashed yellow or up to get those?

This is just a random QQ post by someone that got owned. Why bother with PvP server if you get upset if you get killed? I see lots of guys what want "the best of both worlds". They wanna be free when they exp and whine when they get killed and when they kill someone that exps its ok and the one getting killed is a whiner.

Jorky, you seem to have numbered your problem (1), implying that there was more to come, but no other points were put down: do you have any other points or was this a numbering mistake?
I generally don't attack greens in any xp area as it's just a pain in the bum for them and the rp's are hardly worth it i.e. my gain is nowhere near as high as their pain (sorry for the rhyme). The problem is that greens have an habit of leeching off of fights (I know that I do at times with my grey/green alts and can hardly blame anybody for higher up for attacking me after - if one is willing to attack a purp, one should be willing to die by that purp) and purps would rather not have anybody behind them when they go into a dungeon. Personally, I'd rather just say hello and be friendly (maybe throw in the odd heal or buff if spare) as, besides from just being a nice thing to do, it usually leaves you with a friendly informant up the path who might let you know if anybody else comes down the track behind you.
But having said all that, you really need to change your mind-set: this is a pvp server therefore all people of green+ are fair-game and any act of non-aggression is a bonus and not the norm.
I hope you have more fun in the future on this server.

36 - 45 is a real pain in the ass. 50's will gank you on sight and you generally can't run from them. Still you better get used to it as it won't be the last time you are killed unfairly.

The con colours for PvP are a bit naff and I think it would have been nice if Mythic did give the PvP servers their own special con colours, it's not just the 50 -> 36 thing either, a 30 char sees a level 37 as Purple, a 37 char sees a level 30 as Blue.

As for greys, you're damned if you do kill them, you're damned if you don't...

Once a grey SM asked me if I was going to kill him, I said "no you're grey so don't worry and carry on exping", five minutes later I then went into combat against two blue tanks (not associated to the SM) and guess what.... I got mezzed by the grey and he killed me whilst I was in combat (neither blue died)....
From that point on all greys that I meet that pose a risk to me are killed, and if it's an exp death so much the better and I'm sure everyone on this board has a similar tale to tell!!!
Oh and before I kill them, I /ignore them first, shame /ignore %t doesn't work
