You dont have to cap dex, you dont have to overcap dex. saves alot of problems!

I found the grab-of-the-bag ... amusing ...

It totally says nothing, questions are totally dodged... I mean, take the earlier question about the scallars proc (the abs proc) for example... There's a caster version, it overwrites your self buff... And what does the bag say: not all arti's are suited for all classes, live with it... (even though every caster has the abs buff, but hey)

You might also wonder why its ok for a caster to nuke someone for 500+ damage every second because his speed is based on dex, but when it comes to swinging your sword or firing your bow (even with rapid fire), you're limited to your 250 hard cap. Game balance went out the window with these guys a long time ago.

Tanks isnt exactly bad even now in Toa, been really good for long, Bit silly whine

Even in NF? Think 95% of u.s tank players feel thier 100% worthless in nf, high dex casters and archer 4tw. Wouldent u agree Cougar?

It's surely not fun standing inside some keep only doing trow weapons, even if tanks are best catapult/siege operator with so much STR. However you can still do the gankgrp and kill ppl moving around between keeps.

Isnt there some sort of teleport system "keep to keep"?

YOu dont get inside, you still have to run to it from porter.

And said group will have only 1 tank in it at most, cause tank heavy group aint going to win vs. 4-5 fg.

i think what tootz is saying, caster and scout ( i'll say scout cos it's what me and tootz primarily play now), both rely heavily on dex for there main damage.
but and here's the clincher, both our scout's are now 50 spec bow, add together the ~+15 = 65 (for rr5 ofc).and with both said scouts having over 385 dex (not final toa spec yet), but we only hit for 250 -350 (depending on resists/arrow selection ) every 2-3 sec's, now do alot of casters actually spec full 50 of there main line?. i don't even crit alot in rvr with FE3 atm, so when i see my 1950 hp dissepear in under 8 sec's kinda makes me sick, i'd love a kind of MoC for archer class's, or maybe a "too hit bonus" with bow spec.
yes NF is coming, and its sad the amount of reaver's/scouts that are being lvle'd atm cos they will be fotm.all i wish for is more of a balance, knock 80% of all damage type's imo and make fights last longer. + collision control would make this game better . :eek7:

tis in the next patch (coming soon) 1.69 - so before NF :)

Just makes me feel better that I've rerolled ranger on hib/pryd :clap:

Seems like they're jokin' with the SB to be honest. I still don't see why SBs have less spec points than any other stealther in this game, will it make them overpowered? nah, it will make them compete. This is from my point of view.
Also the str/con debuff issue, which I still think should be looked at, this will ofc change if Mythic takes that critism to their hearts( :eek7: ) and make a dex weapon choice for Sbs. But still, nothing have been done... not even thought about..


Back to the liddul ranger :D

Lots of mistakes or incomplete things from design phase still ingame.
Reason may be the crappy database and code design that makes it impossible to change these things.
