Hate to break it to you, but hibs and mids have done the same thing...

You are more then welcome to duel, but other people are more then welcome to claim the rp's from your corpses if they come across you dueling - this is after all realm vs realm.

If you want to duel, I suggest you take it Gorre, where other people duel.

I'm getting so very very very very very tired of people who post here with topictitles like 'Lame ass albs' and the likes.

What do you expect mr. topic starter? Do you expect people to fall on their knees crying for forgiveness?

What you get with posting like this is:

1: You add another drop in the 'if-this-flows-over-i'm-quitting-the-game' bucket of other players.

2: You lower general morale on the forum and to lesser extent, the server.

3: You taunt other people into replying with flames which might even be worse than yours.

4: Involve people (like me) that have nothing to do with the subject itself.

5: Lower your own standing in the eyes of fellow players.

So, as far as i'm concerned this thread can go to the litter bin.

Aye I turned up there and behaved for a while till Nobrains decided to be a fag.
So I tried to kill him but got ganked by you Kate and Hatjajaj or whatver his fking name is.

90% of Albs = Twats. End of story

Flame me I dont care just fuck off back to CS or something.

Duels are against the CoC, I should of taken a screeny and sent it to GOA

Yeah, that was some great duels, and it was very nice to see how you fare in 1vs1 with champions/armsmen/wardens and so on.

Godofredo= teh asshat, was standing around looking for 30mins or so, then he shoots isra while hes resting, and continues to shoot me while im duelling a dude.

Albs blew this one, not hibs or mids.
/salute hibs was great fun as long as it lasted

/twack Godofredo&co, they made this into rp-farming not us, we didnt duel to the death.

Was that last night? Cause only person I killed last night was acting like a tosser. I have no idea if it was you, but the person I killed started to cast on me (unprevoked) and thought he could kill me before I got to him. I think I had just rezzed someone he had killed. If that's what you call ganking then fine. I hope your little whine makes you feel better.

the CoC says no dueling =) and if someone dies by accident you get rp and thats rp farming since its organized=)

so if you have a planed duel then its against the CoC and anyone can report you=)

3 alb casters trying to gank a dwarf that just had won a duel against an alb (same dorf I dueled last, was sleepy and had wrong dorf targetted lol, we'll have a rematch soon).

I help a bit by interrupting casters, while he oneshots one, then godo pulls bow out, a single DD was enough to make him stop.

Then he takes some sort of stance like aiming at me with this silly bow of his, just took out my shield with "engage" written on it and he walked away

What a man, 1v1 whenever you want btw Mr Dildofredo.

Hatj killed me, after I tried to kill Nobrains.. after he repeatedly killed me when just sitting there.

About duels.

Many players have been wondering what was the official stance of the event team regarding duels. In order to answer this question, we need to clarify what is hiding behind this simple word; duel.

- The unexpected duel, one versus one, leading to the death of the escape of one of the two fighters.
- The organised duels with “healer” classes, able to bring back to life slain players.

In the first case, it is an honourable (or not so honourable) duel, with which we have no problem as long as it is unplanned and exceptional.

In the second case however, we face an alteration of the game, allowing players to do what we call “RP farming”, the act of “farming” realm points doing many “controlled” duels and sparing the healing classes. For such situations, we will not take direct sanctions against the players even if it is an alteration of the Gameplay. However, do not be surprised if your whole party is slaughtered by wandering guards, friendly jousts have no place when there is realm war going on!


So in conclusion, no you cant report them and even if you do GOA wont do anything about it. Of course, this doesnt give anyone the right to whine about "duel interuptions" but ive never said that.

So duels aren't forbidden, oki, I can live with that, but calling someone lame because of them taking advantage of someones desire to duel eachother is just plain childish behaviour.
When you're in frontiers you're in the dangerzone. Duel at own risk. You can't blame anyone for killing you while dueling, shit happens tough luck m8.
And stop that wiseass shit about Albs, Mids & Hibs in general.
Right, some are lame in all realms, but those are the cheaters and egoplayers only thinking about them self. NOT players killing easy targets dueling.
Blame your self for not having a friend watching your back while dueling.

Ok, you need a lesson in common sense. Im NOT in a good mood now, so ill just bash you down like you were some idiot or something, and tomorrow ill prolly regret what i said.. but anyway.

If you think, that if someone agrees come on a duelling event. Agree and duelling event being key words.Is Childish behaviour, then read on. If not, ignore this post.

First of all, you are now saying, that you think that ppl who think telling LIES are lame. Because, thats what they do when they say they want to "duel" and come with buffs from ANOTHER CHARACTER. Go search for the word duel in a dictionary you idiot, a duel is supposed to be FAIR and HONORABLE!

So, in other words, you think that liars are nice ppl, and think lieing is a good thing. Nice, ill never trust you again in my life.

Saying it was just albs is BS, i watched a kobby caster take out 2 hibs and then killed him after for doing it ;p.
Some kobold hunter thingy killed a friend of mine twice, and this was even before the duels started.
Only other person i killed was someone i was dueling, duel finished with him on little health so I back off and then constantly for another min he still tries to attack so one can only assume he wanted to release.

Duels are allowed - Everyone can play their char how they want and if someone wants to jump on a 10% HP dwarf then fair enough. It's the frontiers! Anything goes!

And although I wasn't there, I'd be sure to be killing dumbass mids/hibs who allow themselves to get down to 10% HP in front of me.
