Think I got ganked by you about 5+ times last night, you are a dangerous dangerous ranger I tell ya!
Well, I might be a slow learner... but I won't attack you again before I gain about 5 levels and hit 50, and get my hands on a nice buffbot :p

Salute Eleasias! See you when I hit 50, You won't see me until it's too late :)

All stats buffed to 250+
1900 hp

Dont be sad, I got ganked by Edea last night (was suiciding, but not looking for a humiliation)
I crit her for 500+, then wanna slam and finish her off:
evade, evade, fumble, miss, miss - then i was at 0% end, 5% hp
After 500+ damage she was still on 75%.
So i just gave up and let myself be killed.

Buffbots are sweet - for those that have them ;)

Hirr hirr, Eleasias didnt get me once during our defense of Crim :D
Thank God for my little bubbleboy, was fun doing /dance then getting the blow was absorbed by a magical barrier like 5times :) but damn he still hits me for around 450dmg on a normal shot, WTF?

Nerf RR7 :p

Eleasias or Eleasias

Depends on who plays him for I think there are at leat 2 ppl playing him. One is quite decent. The other one is just another jerk jumping on and laugh spamming at bodies his 20 comrades at arms ganked for him after he got rezzed :)

Somehow reminds me of Solarias....

Anyways ./em salutes the one and ignores the other.

P.S. You're still only worth 962 points :/ Get more rps please :)

Don't think Elea has a buffbot, he gets buffs from whover's i the group.

The screenie ofhim buffed is buffed from a normal (i.e. played, not bot) druid.

I may be wrong, but he never seems to be pre buffed whenever he joins a group I am in (apart from the ranger self-buffs of course).

Edea was solo and went to 75% after a 500+ hit. Thats a total of 2K hitpoints. Even is i saw the bar with a large margin of error, Edea would still ahve far over the normal 1200 +/- SBs have.
She was solo, no other mids nearby (just came from mtk).

I would say that those are strong pointers to a buffbot, but ofc not evidence. I am not used to failing 5 slams in a row - nor am i used to gettting humiliated by assassins - killed yes, but never owned with 75% left.

Seems keeping Eleasias alive is quite high on the priority list for his group... Once saw him resting after a fight, figured, hey, there's my chance for once. Was moving in to position when he stood up, so I backed away. Next thing I see is a shadowzerk pop out and start beating him, so I start moving for perf again... Meanwhile Eleasias uses IP (or gets insta-healed), I perf, dunno if I got CD in, but soonish he's down on HP again. Another insta... GAH! End result, the SZ gets it and a bit later I get it. FFS.

Oh, I had buffs too for once. From a lvl30 cleric with 12 in Enhance :p

I dunno if elasias has a buffbot, irrelevant these days as he is always grouped = bt and buffs. Very near immortal, I cannot count the number of times i have gotten him to 10% or less.

I dont have a buffbot :/ Those were nice fights I didnt even have baseline dex and con buff that *every* group has, except me *grr afk warden* :/ Yes indeed my friend has fooled around a bit with my account, he had been asking to test out the char for ages and when the gay alter.net router was down for ~1 week and I couldnt login at all, I thought he might aswell give it a go, he doesnt play that much (remember him cursing Harpy for ganking him though :p) The screenie in my sig, I was buffed by Druidna, the another one of the 2 high nurture druids we have in Hib :/ (even 29 spec in nurture is considered "uber" buffs :() I dont have IP (dunno if I'll ever get, good groups with druids who arent gunshy on instas are great) Also getting a normal heal for 900 isnt unheard of :D

29 enhance is high buffs in Alb too :( A normal heal of 900 hp is unheard of, propably non-existant :mad:

Was lots of fun at Bolg the other night though, all my thought were bent on getting eleasias killed, but no luck :p
Even attacked you on the ground outside the keep when you hade less than 50% hp left, and you still out-meleed me :/
Might have had a chance to get you when you were resting along the wall up at the keep lord, but u sat facing the wall and I missed the PA :/

Elea tends to hang about near me in a keep defense, i dunno why.. but near the lord room, after we sent all the albs back down, elea was on the wall, i tossed a HoT on him, and some blue con infil starts combat, i was on the wrong QB, but i got a 9 sec stun off before giving a heal to eleas :D

poor infil :)

Eleasias stats on his siggy are awsome....

I set out to uberfy (ooo new word) my ranger and thought I suceeded.....

I think by playing a celt and trying to max out con and str is the best way to go..... 1900 with IP is way to many hits for an assain to live with.... having high slash and thrust resist is also crucial....
Of course you wont be able to maintain these stats with out top notch buffs....

The only advantage I have as a lurikeen, is that you are damn hard to target when defening the wall or keeps...

At the moment though I am still assasin fodder.....

My aim is to switch to IP (as soon as I can be bothered) and farm some glimmer striker rings.... ( anyone has the slash one for trade pls let me know )

arf, he still has more dex/quick then but under 10, same goes for con and str, but having a bloody stun that is usable from frontal blows :( and i only hit 1500hp so i dunno wtf is up with that, cheeky git :)
(and thats when i rarely get buffs mainly from ebe or baxter, if im with them)

One thing to say, come unbuffed and duel me elesias, will be a nice duel :)

Btw in his unbuffed days i killed him for whooping 1048 rp.

But if your grouped with a active buffer you deserve both uberbuffs and bt. Part of being in a group.

thing is that eleas ALWAYS group nowardays havnt seen him in emain ungrouped more then 3-4 times since 1.48 hes a very good groupplayer. and to my knowledge eleas have never had or i think will have a buffbot coz he is one of those ppl that have figured out that if you DONT group you are dead and that goes for all chars but assasins.

Thats just not true....

Sure, for some unknown reason mystic seem intent on making it harder for the solo player... but luckily its still possible to solo effectivly.....

I really like soloing in hadrians wall.... Most peeps use the roads and there are so many many gr8 places to ambush peeps from.... I can usually tell after 2 arrows if my target is gonna survive my attack.... I can always get away to....
Only down side to this is sometime hadirans is totally empty.

As a ranger there are certain targets that I know I can kill 100% of the time.... (namely mages assasins other rangers, and anything that is blue..)

Soloing in emain is still possible but you have to be aware of how many other realm m8s are their for a res just in case.....

The main difference for me now since 1.50is a) not a good idea trying to snipe someone who is in a grp.... (was always risky even before 1.50) but now you get peeps running towards you waiting for you to stealth so they can use their true sigth...2) ip causes me a lot of grief...nothing worse than taking a tank down to 10% only to see him arrive on your dorrstep back one 100%.... I think this is a problem assasins are getting at the moment and its a real bummer to say the least....

The only reason I see against soloing is that you are assasin fodder..... I hate the way that when and assasin attacks a ranger there is nothing you can do to stop him killing you (provided this assasin knows what he is doing) I have given up trying to fend them off, I just leg it asap now

Well, the poor blue con infil would be me :(
But I will be back in a couple of levels, will do my best to get Eleasias. When I hit 50 he will be my main target always, he WILL go down as often as possible :D

I have been healed by herbal for 940 once :)
