Lagg / LD ?

since last night (thuesday) around 23.00 cet i have had some very bad lagg spikes. they seem to come in recular periods (every 3-5 mins). well the result of this is, that the game is totaly un playable :/
GOA wrote that they had solved the lagg/ld problem, so what i want ot know is : is this just me or are other having same problems ?

Same for everyone, every few mins you get a 5 second pause.
