Why are we paying £8 for a game put onto a extremely overloaded server? Why was Gorre made if it is going to distrupt all the English (Maybe french / german as well) servers, connection wise (and population with regards to camlann and prydwen) GOA have never really been a professional company, they worry about bullshit matters like translating the game for the french which could be time spent on UPGRADING their servers..

I'd be interested what spec the machines are that run the servers (although not holding my breath) and why they aren't being upgraded with the never-ending funds GOA / Mythic seem to get.

Min spec for ToA is a 1.4 Ghz machine.

I have a 3.4 GHz machine (Oc'd) With a Geforce FX. Gig of ram, 2 Meg Cable line (Never had lag in 4 years playing cs)

Less bullshit about computer specs and more to the fact the server can't handle Gorre. They aren't forcing me to stay, I PAY TO PLAY THIS GAME. Your comment about GOA is laughable, at least give an example to back up your statement.. For example GOA are a laughing stock compared to most online-rpg's (Blizzard, UO etc etc).

I have a up to date virus scanner and run adaware alot. The games you listed have no where near the playerbase (and thus money) of Mythic/GOA. Last time i'm going to reply to you, if i wanted to explain things to children all day i'd be a nusery school teacher.

You're talking about the support from the people that run the game, the size of the player base doesn't have any rellavance. No one that helps run these games gets stupidly high pay packets.

It's simple, the more people, the more admin etc needed. So the extra money you get goes on extra salaries. I doubt very much they get a huge much more left over for extra spendature compared to other MMORPGs
