I'm getting terrible lag whenever I log on to Dawnsong.

I'm not very techy, all I know is that DAoC runs perfectly on my machine, and this is awful.

I have a 1.2 MgHz machine with 32 Mb Geoforce card, and 384Mb RAM.

And I am on Broadband.

Anyone know why I am having these problems?

And how to fix it?

The lag can be various issues. DAoC servers are (most likely) not hosted on the same spot. What Internet Provider do you have? Perhaps others who use the same one experience the same problem.

Yup i am having a lot of lag 2,
Got 2.66 ghz
256ddr-mb 333 mhz memory
and a geforce 4 ti 4200
Lag is terrible
