come on, will someone from the GM's take responsibility and address the continuous lag issues.

This has been going on long enough. Countless ML raids cancelled or failing, RvR unplayable, numerous ping plots sent and one reply which you think covers how we feel?

Mythic/Goa continue to take our money yet seem to be completely blase about the state of the servers. How much longer, or how many people are needed to quit before someone actually does something positive to address this?

Please do not fob us off with some crappy 3 liner on the Friday news.

Perhaps we should petition all players to cancel subs I know I am on the verge of quitting.

oh and all the info should be on their website since thats the official noticeboard for goa/game server news

And I'm sorry that, despite all the posts, request for feedback, requests for pingplots and replies in the endless lagthreads, topicstarter concluded we are "completely blase".

I could repeat once more that we realise this is a huge problem and that it needs to be fixed asap. And that we are working closely with Opentransit and Mythic to get it fixed. But I won't.

TBH your comments sum up the current state of the game as far as the lag issues go. The GM's fail to keep us, your wage paying public informed, unless ofc you consider your clicky to be informative. I would love to know wether your requests for ping plots were merely a way to appease us, or are you actually doing something with them?

This problem has been going on for way too long now, and as others have stated it is affecting every single aspect of the game.

Your sarcasm is wasted on me and no doubt others will find it churlish. Rather than come here trying to show how clever you think you are, how about actually posting something informative before you lose what little respect we have for you.

Oh and btw, your reply was in itself blase.

We are trying to keep the playerbase informed. There are countless threads already where we, the GMs and Erivoss, are passing back all the information that we have. The official site is updated with major news as we get it and we try to make sure that the major concerns of the playerbase are addressed either in the Friday News or as separate items.
There are threads where we have provided a lot more information. I would suggest that it isn't a productive use of GM time to duplicate this information in every single - effectively identical - thread.

As always Req provides an honest answer, shame Xalin isn't as educated.

I appreciate your comments Req but I am not the only one who feels that the situation has reached a point at which someone needs to take action. At the end of the day there are many, many players for whom GOA are not providing the service for which they are paid.

We have done as requested and provided ping plots which show where the problem lies, yet still the lag continues and it has now started to affect TOA too, this is a new problem. The whole situation is totally unacceptable and if not addressed quickley, will result in many cancellations of subscriptions. It would be a shame to see a great game die through lack of action.

I feel that the player base has been treated badly and has only supported GOA thus far as there is little in the way of competition. That has now changed and surely it is up to GOA to provide a decent service for all those that still stay loyal to the game.

I started this new thread as I feel it is the only way to express how I feel personally. Yes I understand that you guys are busy and don't expect an answer but at least it is down in black and white, and will no doubt be repeated by others until this situation is resolved.

I'd suggest a closed and stickied thread where the GM's can place what (little) information they have so that they dont have to waste their time constantly repeating the same things over and over.
