Lag Spikes, Pingplotter and Opentransit

Just lately I've been getting a lot of lag spikes. They happen in every zone no matter what I'm doing. I used pingplotter to see if that would tell me where the problem lay and I found an ip address from a very old thread. The problem seems to be coming from Opentransit.

1) Can someone confirm the ip address for me to ping?

2) Is it worth using Rightnow to report this?

Thanks

1) 193.252.123.33 for Dyvet (former Excalibur) IP.

And yep, get those lagspikes to, starts right with the first two Opentransit servers on the route. Something like like 70-100% Packetloss on the first, about 20-40% on the second.

2) GOA says "Yes". Though I personally I doubt they do anything with them. Sending 'em anyway.

Thanks for that, that's the ip address I've been using.

Next question, how the hell do I actually send anything I've got from pingplotter?

get a nice looking plot, File -> Save Image

choose a destination and a filename

log onto RightNever, ask a Question, LAG/Pingplot, upload the image and done.

Pray
