Lag Spike Issues

Hello,

Every 5 minutes i get a series of lag spikes, it's approximatly every 5 min, then after about 15min i go LD, same time i log on again. I've tried reinstalling my ISP/Modem etc. Phoned my ISP up and they where no help. So I was just wondering what are the common causes of lag? i'm on 1mb broadband. My isp says it's not from there side. So is there a solution to this problem? Thanks

its not your problem, becouse you are sending clear connection, thats why the first part of the servers are al green, but for some strange reason from tiscalis server its all red!!

dunno if you can do enything about it tho
