Lag / not able to connect etc

Is there any way of finding out that goa is even aware of this problem or is that a big nono as usual

It's not a GoA problem, so they can't do anything about it.

i know its not a goa problem but seeing they use alot of france telecom services i would say they have some sort of troubleshooting agreement or sumtin so it would be easier for goa to contact them

Actually Wanadoo is a subsidiary of France Telecom and Goa is the "online gaming portal ” from Wanadoo ..
So yes they use alot of France Telecom because France Telecom Owns GOA (through Wanadoo)
So I am guesing they got no problems contacting France Telecom..
