yeh been at least 3 nights in a row now where it has been too much of an effort to do anything other than sit and chat to guild mates (even that was difficult due to chat delay).

Getting boring hearing the same old thing now, simply fix it!

It's not their fault for doing business with a SHIT provider? They've had problems with OT for ages, every time daoc is unplayable they blame OT, yet they continue working with them. Now if they'd at least move to another provider (and another country if needed to provide good services) then they wouldn't be to blame, but as they're still there, goa isn't doing too great a job, even if they aren't the ones causing the lag.

how many time does this have to be repeated before people finally get it.

OT is THE backbone provider in france (not an ISP) and part of the same group as GOA ... 2 big reasons why they can't just "switch providers"...

To get rid of OT would mean moving the servers to a different country then the rest of GOA is and that would bring more problems then it would solve.

Lag forever as in, eventually OT will fuck up again and problems will start again. And there wasn't the slightest bit of sarcasm there? :x

well i was fine this morn and no lagg at all but when i quit out and come back on to a diff sever there was major lag i waited atleast 10mins just to zone into DF

sounds like pc lag to me ... lag doesn't make you zone into an area slower
