lag issues?

When are we likely to be told about when the lag is going to be sorted?

not one message on the daoc homepage informing us.

letting customers know, would save all these posts on FH, and maybe stop people cancelling subs if nothing is done soon.

Don't you understand? GoA get their money-- why would they care about customers? As long as people subscribe and they earn buttloads of cash, there is no reason to waste resources on customer support.
